Return / Refund / Replacement policy

Our return/refund/replacement policy only applies if the books are damaged or wrong books are delivered. The policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since delivery, we can’t offer you any refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused.

Damages covered under refund/return/replacement policy only include:

  1. Severe spine damage, due to which pages are coming apart.
  2. In transit damages [corner bents/little dents/cover scratches do not come under this]
  3. More than 2 pages are misprinted.
  4. More than 2 pages are torn.
  5. More than 2 pages are missing.
  6. Smudge making the pages unreadable. There should be more than 2 pages like this to qualify for replacement.

Apart from the above-mentioned issues, refund/reshipment/replacement will also be granted if books are missing in the order/wrong books are delivered. ( If possible, please send us the unpacking video too; if will help us investigate better)

We do not have an automatic refund system. Customers have to message us on Instagram/WhatsApp for refund if their prepaid orders are returned to the origin.

Our courier service will pick up the book to be returned from the customer’s doorstepWe ourselves will pay the shipping costs for returning/replacing the item. The customer does not need to bother about anything.

In cases, when a shipment is undelivered/returned to us due to some reasons from the courier’s side, the customer will receive a full refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Orders can only be cancelled till 24 hours after placing the order. An order which is in transit or out for delivery, cannot be cancelled. Full refund will be processed for orders cancelled within the specified time frame i.e if the order is not shipped yet. Orders can only be edited until it is not shipped. Address and contact details cannot be changed after shipment.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account statement again.

Then check for a mail you have received from razorpay to track your refund.
